Technical Support Executive

Designation: Technical Support Executive
Location: Pune

Technical Support Executive Responsibilities :

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
2. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
3. Coordinate with product team to find resolution for the issue.
5. Communicate with client using phone / email / chat and ensure issue resolution .
6. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. product team).
7. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
8. Assist in Product/Software testing in In-house/On-site.
9. Manage multiple incoming phone calls at a time from customers.
10. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
11. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

Technical Support Executive Requirements :

1. Candidates having Computer technical background with at least a graduate can apply.
2. Freshers / Candidates having 2 – 3 years of experience can apply.
3. Candidates must have good communication and articulation skills.

Software Testing Engineer

Designation: Software Testing Engineer

Software Testing Engineer Responsibilities :

1. Knowledge of testing skills (Writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs etc.)
2. Basic knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
3. Reviewing product requirements and preparing test scenarios.
4. Collaborate with QA Lead / Manager to develop effective strategies and test plans.
5. Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
6. Interacting with clients to understand product requirements, defects etc.
7. Help troubleshoot issues.
8. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
9. Basic knowledge of Database.

Software Testing Engineer Requirements :

1. Candidates must have a graduate, If done Software testing course will be an additional benefit.
2. Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
3. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
4. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
5. Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.

We are hiring to grow our sales team – LinguaSol, a LangTech product firm with unique solution to localize the UI of any software package / web application / netbanking / complex websites in any language without modifying the underlying source code or contents.

We are based out of Pune and have key marquee clients. We are looking to add 2-3 new sales team members – who have experience of selling to CMO (Chief Marketing officer) or CIO /IT manager and managing 2-4 CR INR of yearly individual targets.

Willing to work independently as well as in a team with good communication skills, proactive and passionate about working with clients and helping them solve problems. Any particular geography (India / US / Asia / EMEA) or particular domain (FMCG / Manufacturing / Banking / Insurance etc) would be helpful.
